Return Policy:
Indy Ink and Toner offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will replace or exchange it, or offer you a full refund of the purchase price with dated receipt. In the event that you experience any printing problems with your cartridge, our policy is to help you resolve them quickly.
Defective Ink / Toner Cartridges:
Retail Store Purchases: Defective cartridges may be returned accompanied by an original receipt, within 90 days of purchase for a replacement cartridge or a full refund of the purchase price. “Defective” ink or toner cartridges must contain no less than 75% of the original cartridge ink/toner capacity. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. If you need to replace a product, please contact the retail store where your purchase was made for prompt assistance with you cartridge.

Exchanges:
Retail Store Exchanges: If you have ordered the wrong product, you can exchange the product as long as it is unopened. If the box has been damaged, opened or any seals broken, we are not able to accept the product for exchange. If you need to exchange a product, please contact the retail store where your purchase was made for prompt assistance with your cartridge. We can only accept products for exchange or refund accompanied by an original receipt, within 90 days of purchase. Only products purchased from us can be returned for an exchange. Unopened products must be in sellable condition. If we receive products that are not eligible for a refund or replacement, they will be sent to a recycling center.
